Cancellation Policy

Amavi Salon Policies We are beyond thankful that you’re choosing Amavi for your wig and extension needs! To help us stay on schedule and respect the time of all our clients, please review the following policies before booking an appointment. As a courtesy, if we have your email on file, our system will automatically send you a reminder email. For services that require a 50% deposit, we will also provide a confirmation call roughly 2 business days prior to your appointment. By booking with Hair Rental by Amavi, you are agreeing to the policies below. Deposits (New Clients Only) To secure your appointment, Amavi requires a 50% deposit for all new client services over 60 minutes. If we do not receive a 24-hour cancellation notice, the deposit will be forfeited. A new 50% deposit will be required to reschedule. Cancellation Policy We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% fee of the scheduled services will be charged. No-Show Policy Clients are considered a “no show” if they arrive 15 minutes late or more, or do not show up at all. No-shows will be charged 100% of their scheduled service(s). Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay in full before booking future appointments. Late Policy We value giving you the best one-on-one service possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule so that we can provide you with the full attention you deserve. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
