Welcome to Hair Rental by Amavi! By booking, renting, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your order.

1. Rental Periods & Fees

Daily rentals start at $55 per day.
Weekly rentals start at $125 per week.
Monthly rentals start at $200 per month.
Rental fees must be paid in full before the wig or extension is released.

2. Security Deposit

A refundable deposit may be required at the time of rental.
Deposits are returned once the wig is inspected and found to be in good condition.

3. Care & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper care of wigs during the rental period.
Do not cut, dye, or alter wigs without permission.
Avoid exposure to extreme heat or harsh chemicals.

4. Damage & Replacement

Normal wear and tear is expected.
If a wig is returned with damage that requires repair, a $45 damage fee will be charged.
If the wig is lost, stolen, or returned in an unusable condition, a $100 replacement fee will be charged.

5. Cleaning & Hygiene

All wigs are professionally cleaned and sanitized by Amavi between rentals.
Customers should not attempt to clean wigs themselves, unless instructed otherwise.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or credit.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the rental fee.

7. Shipping & Returns

Customers may pick up wigs in-store or request shipping.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the renter unless otherwise noted.
Items must be returned by the agreed-upon date to avoid additional charges.

8. No-Show Policy

If you do not pick up or confirm your rental on the scheduled date, the booking may be canceled without a refund.

9. Liability

Hair Rental by Amavi is not responsible for allergic reactions, improper use, or damage caused by misuse.
Customers accept full responsibility for personal safety and proper wig handling during the rental period.

10. Agreement

By booking or renting with Hair Rental by Amavi, you agree to follow these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated at any time, and the most recent version will always apply.
