A. Every wig is professionally cleaned and sanitized between rentals to ensure safety and hygiene. If a wig is deemed unfit for the next rental, we will then substitute a new wig in the rotation.
A: Accidents happen! Fees for repair or replacement depend on the type of wig and the damage. Contact us for details. If the wig has to be replaced it is a $100 charge that is owed. Damage fee is $45.
A. Absolutely! We offer rent-to-own options so you can fall in love with your rental and make it yours.
A: No membership is needed to rent or purchase wigs.

A: We offer wigs that are 100% human hair and some are synthetic. Each wig is labeled, and we’ll inform you before you take it.
A: Each rental includes the wig, a comb, a storage bag, and a card with instructions and care tips.
A. Only wigs labeled 100% human hair can be styled with heat tools. Synthetic wigs should not be heat-styled. Please refer to the care tips card that you receive along with your hair.
