Meet April, Founder of Amavi & Final Touches
A proud small-town girl turned seasoned beauty professional, April is the heart behind Amavi and Final Touches. With nearly two decades in the industry and a deep love for her craft, she’s known for blending technical mastery with genuine care.
From the early days growing up in a farming community, April learned that trust, grit, and passion go a long way. After graduating from Salon Professional Academy in 2005, she brought her dream of salon ownership to life by opening Final Touches in 2011. Her specialties include hair extensions, hair replacement, custom cuts, and color — always with a personalized approach rooted in the latest techniques and trends.
Beyond the chair, April is an avid reader, lake lover, and forever inspired by the beauty in connection. She believes every client is a chance to create something meaningful — and beautiful.
